During 2. 5 hours together we’re immersed into the meditation and study of the 9 attitudes of mindfulness – creating a habit of mindful living. Beginners Mind, Acceptance, Letting Go, Trust, Patience, Non-Judgement, Non-Striving, Gratitude, and Generosity. All practices informed by Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum.

Prerequisite: You breath and suffer.
